Alan Leetch

Managing Director

Alan studied Law at Queen's University Belfast, graduating LLB (Honours) in 1995. He attended the Institute of Professional Legal Studies and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1997. He joined W.G Maginess & Son in 1999 and has been Managing Director since 2015.

Alan deals with a wide range of litigation and matrimonial matters. He has over 20 years' experience at all levels of the civil courts in Northern Ireland, specialising in personal injury litigation and matrimonial and family matters.

Jane Watson

Director

Jane studied Law at Queen's University Belfast, graduating LLB (Honours) in 1995. She attended the Institute of Professional Legal Studies and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1997. She was a partner in a Belfast law firm before joining W.G Maginess & Son.

Jane specialises in wills, probate, administration of estates, enduring powers of attorney, controllership, applications to the Office of Care and Protection, and issues affecting elderly and vulnerable clients.

Jane is a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner, having completed the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Diploma.
